Long Term Caravan SMALL – MEDIUM
Description
A small or medium caravan, two – four berth. Includes pullout double bed and 2 single berths (depending on size). Has gas or electric cooker, wardrobes/cupboards/overhead and under bed storage. Some caravans have small, bar type fridges. You must supply linen, crockery, cutlery, small appliances etc.
Has a current electrical warrant but NOT registered and warranted for road usage. 3 pin power cords are available. Comes with gas cooker and bottle (extra $40 to fill bottle prior to use) or electric cooker. Awnings are not available.
Caravans are 1970’s models (retro style) and are clean, tidy and kept well maintained.
Caravans are charged on a weekly basis and site delivery/collection is applicable. Caravans are clamped for security and are for stationary use only.
Price/week for a small – medium caravan is FROM $85.00. Bond is $750
Quotes to WINZ for initial payment available for beneficiaries.
Minimum hire period of THREE MONTHS with THREE weeks notice required to vacate
